The Experience
Join a curated group of international business leaders for the inaugural TAG™ leadership retreat. Italy was chosen deliberately. Set in the historic Veneto region, just a short drive from Venice. Nestled in the medieval town of Cison di Valmarino, this three-day experience invites you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.
With 2,000 years of history, breathtaking countryside, and the collective wisdom of the TAG community surrounding you, this is the environment where meaningful conversation happens. The familiar cues of your operating context disappear, strategic thinking expands. Not polite dialogue. Real strategic thinking.
When leaders step outside their daily environment, perspective expands — and new possibilities emerge.TAG™ Leadership Philosophy
Who Is This For
You’ve been around long enough to know the difference between a room full of people and a room full of the right people. You carry real decisions — ones that don’t have clean answers and can’t be delegated. What you’re looking for is someone who’s navigated similar terrain, in a different industry, with a different set of constraints — and lived to reflect on it honestly. That conversation is rare. This retreat is designed around it.
CEOs, founders, and senior executives operating at the intersection of local accountability and global awareness. Industry and geography vary by design.
This retreat is open to any qualified leader, regardless of TAG affiliation. Those who find value in the process will have a natural opportunity to learn more about TAG.
All participants — members or not — join at least one virtual session before arriving. Not a formality. It’s how the room gets warm before anyone boards a plane.
Your Italian Experience
From arrival to departure, every moment is designed to move you from reactive to reflective.
October 13
Arrive in Cison di Valmarino and settle into Villa Marcello Marinelli. A welcome dinner introduces you to the region’s rich culinary traditions and puts faces to the voices you’ve been thinking alongside for months.
October 14–15
Morning sessions for facilitated peer dialogue — structured, honest, and built on the context you’ve already established virtually. Afternoons open to Veneto’s finest: Prosecco vineyards, CastelBrando Spa, and exceptional regional dining. Culture and strategy, in equal measure.
October 16
Final session to consolidate insights, name what shifted, and carry a clear set of commitments — and a stronger peer network — back into your organization.
October 17
Return home with clearer thinking, stronger relationships, and a year mapped with purpose.
Leadership Conversations That Matter
Attendees join from multiple industries and geographies — by design. The sessions are built around honest dialogue, wise counsel, and collective insight. What’s behind us. What’s ahead. What only becomes visible when you step outside your own context.
An intentional gathering of business leaders — to celebrate success and navigate uncertainty together.
An honest reckoning with 2026 — what worked, what didn’t, and what you’d do differently. No polished narratives. Just clarity.
Peer-level dialogue on the forces shaping your markets, your organizations, and your leadership over the next 12 months.
Personal growth as a leadership variable. The inner game that determines the outer results. Where bias, identity, and decision-making intersect.
Leaving with more than inspiration. Concrete commitments, peer accountability, and a clear line of sight to the year ahead.
Unique to the Veneto Region
Learn the art of authentic Italian pizza-making while enjoying Prosecco in the vineyards where it was born. The world’s finest, in their natural habitat.
CulinaryOne of Italy’s most renowned wellness spas, perched above the village with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. Rest is part of the design.
OptionalElegant dinners at exceptional regional restaurants celebrating the full breadth of Northern Italian cuisine. The table is where trust is built.

The Setting
Villa Marcello Marinelli sits at the heart of Cison di Valmarino, one of Italy’s most beautiful medieval towns. The architecture, the light, the land — all of it conspires to slow you down.
Just a short drive from Venice, the Veneto region carries 2,000 years of civilization. Ideas have always traveled well here.
Monthly virtual sessions do the groundwork — faces, thinking, context. By the time you land in Italy, the room is already warm. What the screen started, four days in the Veneto finishes.
One conversation in the right room can reframe a problem you’ve been carrying for months. This retreat is designed to create exactly that condition.
